As Client's Representative we expedited the fabrication of components and all the tests for NF diaphragm liquid Pumps, TWB centrifugal Pumps, API 610 HPWI High Pressure Water Injection multistage centrifugal Pumps, CIP & CIP Utility water Pumps, Pipe Skids, Lube Oil Systems Skids, Pipes, Forged and Casted Fittings including overlayed, Gasket kits.
In cooperation with DNV, Tata Steel and Voest Alpine.

Offshore Pipe fabrication

DNV Third Party Surveyor for 3.2 Certification of steel plates and following Pipe mill fabrication process at Voest Alpine and Tata Steel.
Survey of Marking and Traceability, Dimensional & NDEs, Side edges machining, Crimping bending, U bending and O Bending, tack welding, SAW, AUT in-line, MPI, M-UT, PA, and RT, mechanical expansion, Hydrostatic Test, Test rings cutting and Sampling, Tensile Test, Impact Test, Battelle drop-weight tear test (BDWTT), HIC and SSC corrosion test.
